We are Joel & Sherry Pellegrino, and we build CUSTOM HOMES & have a profound love for historic homes.

Our journey began with preserving the 17th and 18th century structures on our property, eventually transforming them into a charming wedding venue. This ignited our passion for finding, relocating, restoring and saving homes destined for demolition-seeing the diamond beneath years of neglect.

After running another successful business for nearly 30 years, health concerns prompted us to follow our true passion for historic properties. With our children in college we gained the freedom to work on our terms, dedicating ourselves to home renovation and preservation. Our first restoration project confirmed what we already knew: we were hooked.

Today, Saving Time Design, Inc. specializes in two complementary paths: creating exquisite custom-built homes that reflect our clients’ unique visions, while simultaneously preserving as many historic structures as possible. We understand that while not every old home can be saved, each deserves consideration. Our unique approach blends modern building techniques with historic preservation expertise, allowing us to craft new homes with timeless character while rescuing architectural treasures.
